Here it is March, 2021 and so much has happened to all of us, some good, some sad especially "your" John's passing, as well as many others due to this terrible Corona-19 Virus, it just doesn't feel real. John is missed by so many of us.

Your cards are so pretty and uplifting, like you I'm glad we have a hobby we can turn too, although I've really been neglecting mine. Maybe now after seeing all your great looking cards you'll inspire me to begin again, as we all must do after this horrible past year.
Cheers my friend, I miss you.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08139764416690432023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-5377689516427776182020-02-10T07:55:01.527-05:002020-02-10T07:55:01.527-05:00Di you think you've been lazy regarding postin...Di you think you've been lazy regarding posting, look at me, took me a long time to see your posting.
Love the January cards for the girls I they'll love 'em.
I really like the simplicity of the cards & treat bags. The treat bag makes a cute New Year's card as well and you can never have too many bike cards, this one certainly calls for Spring. Love your use of the PTI "XO" paper, great thinking to just add a few red hearts and the sentiment strip, very creative!
The floral card with watercoloring is very pretty, but the show stopper is the last one, with the vellum, simple, but oh so elegant!!!
Great job.
NancyNancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08139764416690432023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-21938961024965250412019-06-03T22:23:57.796-04:002019-06-03T22:23:57.796-04:00I can't believe I get to come to "card cl...I can't believe I get to come to "card class" this year.
Anxious to see everyone again and share all the fun stuff that happens while I'm basking in the sunshine of Florida!
But, I also get to make some cards, all lookin' like "winners" to me!
Nancy
Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08139764416690432023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-30706565636627649922019-03-19T21:28:38.952-04:002019-03-19T21:28:38.952-04:00I am a total dog fan.....these are adorable!I am a total dog fan.....these are adorable!Linda Callahanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07996316861420678830noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-53029737341278752902019-03-16T05:10:16.761-04:002019-03-16T05:10:16.761-04:00Hi Di

I think it is Springtime cause that's when we get all our inspiration for the house and cards, right.
Your little dog cards are adorable, love the paw prints as a backdrop and the sentiment is funny.
The second card is definitely Spring with the fence, flowers and mailbox, perfect card for mailing away. Is the background a stencil you sponged and the sentiment in black is that a die you punched out the letters and lined it up, if so, great job.
The 3rd & 4th cards truly say Spring with all the flowers, pretty colors, I too bought the diagonal die plate haven't used it yet, but like how you used the same color as your flower vase to tie it all together. Like the droopy (Lily of the Valley?) flowers too.
hugs,
Nancy
Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08139764416690432023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-24107337598637663252018-01-31T18:38:03.007-05:002018-01-31T18:38:03.007-05:00Diane,

Interesting how the change of trees from evergreen to palms totally changes the card.
The stitching on the first card is nice added interest and your use of the white gel pen for the waves on the water is so realistic great job my friend.
I also like your swatches of blue creating the sky, very nice touch indeed!Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08139764416690432023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-49443663018705745702017-10-21T06:54:48.864-04:002017-10-21T06:54:48.864-04:00Di, you know I really liked your first card in thi...Di, you know I really liked your first card in this posting, I have since made a few as you say, in different colors for the backdrop, I even liked it so much I order those adorable little trees! Plus those who couldn't attend Oct., class will love the card too.
The "mail box" card is adorable, I absolutely love the repeat of the winter words as a backdrop and my preference is the first one with the red paper.

I'm sure your grandkids like the gothic looking crow, I think it's a great stamp and you colored your background very nice like the touches of yellow here and there.
Glad I'm going to be able to attend your November class, that'll be the last one for me, this year, as I'll be happily heading south.
Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08139764416690432023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2156691906980087229.post-47120917479577609522017-10-14T13:32:15.537-04:002017-10-14T13:32:15.537-04:00We did love the October card class, the Christmas ...We did love the October card class, the Christmas cards are beautiful, I love the green tartan paper, but especially love the 2nd card with the little trees.
