CASE Study 2

Hi there. Yes it's been a while since I've posted anything new, but my brain seems to be on overload lately. I've been working out of state a lot and have also had some personal issues going on, so my MO JO has been a NO SHOW. Know what I mean?
So with that being said, I did want to 'make' some things and I decided just to CASE a few of the wonderful projects I saw in a magazine or while blog surfing. I changed a each one just a tad to make it my own, but not too much, and I really like how all of them turned out. I always feel a little guilty when I CASE, but not enough to stop me! Here are a few I did this weekend.
Cased from Mary Fish using the new framelit dies and Polka Dot DSP. I die cut my card using an A2 size piece of CS making a larger portion at the top which is solid.
A favorite from Ann Schach using French Foliage fussy cut, Word Play and a retired stamp set as well as the new Orchard Harvest DSP. I used different inks and stamp set for the background.
I CASED this Fall beauty from Mike Funke using the Perfectly Preserved set and Orchard Harvest DSP. I only wrapped the focal point with ribbon and changed the sentiment piece.
Last but not least a card I saw in the latest Paper Crafts magazine but I added a jingle bell bow.
Well that's it for now. I think I may use some of these for my next class.
Thanks everyone for the inspiration.

Wow you certainly were making up for lost time today, Di.
Love your take on the "cased" cards such a good idea to use the framelit die for the card base and such pretty colors too.
The nostalgic look of the "Remember When" card is adorable, I really like the faintly stamped auto and the Fall colors of leaves, nice job.
And of course the Beautiful Fall flowers in the jar, very sweet.
Last but not least the "ho, ho, ho" card, very c&S but so effective,
Great job even nicer in real life!

What a nice surprise to see so many great creations from you this evening! You have been quite the busy stamper and I love 'em all! CASEing other great stampers is one of the perks of this hobby. I have always felt honored if someone CASEd one of my cards.

Went for my orientation today and start working this week. Sounds like it is going to be fun!

I know that guilty feeling, but lately I've had to tell myself how silly it is. You made each of these your own, and put it together with your own 2 hands. That's what it's all about, right? Love your take on all of them!

Did you use the French Foliage stamps with the new leaf die or did you hand-cut those?
