SUOC2 Big Shot - Charity Table Favors

Hi all. I'm posting today for the SUOC2 challenge - BIG SHOT.
Make anything using your Big Shot.
Well today is Thursday and I am still without a computer at home. (OMG since Sunday).  So I'm using my lunch hour to post this from work, so this post will be short and sweet.

My inspiration came from my VERY, very talented upline Nance;
take a look at her creations over at Canopy Crafts.

She made these little favors when she held a Flip Flop class at her mom's (my pal) house on her visit to Michigan this summer. The class was a blast, but the favors were too adorable not to duplicate.
Now I have the perfect event to try them out.

I'm playing in a golf outing in early October... it's a fundraiser for another friend of mine, to help assist the Trust set up for her sister (special needs) since the passing of their mom a short time ago. She wanted to do something to say "Thanks" to all people who will be participating in the golf outing, so I said I would love to make her some table favors.

I started with the Two Tags sizzix die and all kinds of card stock scraps in my stash. Any and Every color would be just fine. I cut the CS scraps into 3" strips since I only needed to use one of the tags on the die, but you need two of each color tag to complete one favor.
I will call the two pieces 'front' and 'back' to explain my assembly. Yeah like you couldn't figure that out! daah.

On the back tag I stamped the Thank So Much sentiment and set aside.

On the front tag  I used other stash scraps of DSP to add some complimentary color interest to the front.

I glued the bottom section below the score mark of one piece and stacked the same section of the second piece to the first. I folded both pieces together and punched a 1/16" hole with a hand held punch.   I stamped the 18th hole on other scraps and trim into triangles for the 'flags' with snips, and punched a small 1/16" hole in the end. I lined up the holes and attached the flag to the favor with a brad.
I stamped the "Your too Kind" sentiment on WW strips, then ran through the Big Shot with an CB embossing folder (turned upside down) to resemble the dimples of a golf ball. I punched out the golf balls with a 1 1/4" circle punch and mounted to the favor with a glue dot.
I made enough to cover the minimum expected amount of golfers, plus some extras. After I took this last photo, I packed them in a box and dropped them off to her last night.
She loved them!

I also have some extra favors waiting in the wings without the embelishments, just incase she needs more. If not, I can always use for table favors at one of my classes, but if she does, the hard part is done.

I think they turned out really cute!

Hootie says "Thanks for stopping by and please leave a comment"!

Were these tags from a SU Sizzix die? Are they part of the table setting die? I want to try these ~ You've completely inspired me! Will you please email the answer to me at sgentile@ymail.com so I don't miss it?
