Well I really like the colors too, so here is my take on it.
I'm sure you know (if you visit here) I don't have the best lighting to take photos but the card base is Kraft, then layered with Rich Razzleberry CS, then another layer of the new Springtime Vintage DSP from the Occasions mini. Just LOVE that DSP. I cut and added a piece of lace from my stash then topped that with another strip of the Springtime Vintage DSP.
I used my Big Shot to cut 3 flowers from the simple flower embosslit, and a few leaves of Pear Pizzazz CS. I distressed the flowers with Rose Red ink and crumpled them a bit before attaching with a glue dot. I did the same distress on the butterfly and added a touch of glitter glass for a body, and some twisted lace strings for the antenni; both set in crystal effects.
I wasn't sure who I would give this card to, but I've needed SO many "Get Well" cards lately, I decided to have this one in reserve.
I punched two sizes of tags, the larger one from Razzleberry CS and the smaller from the SV DSP. I stamped a simple "hello" and "I care" from two different sets (?) then added a scrap of lace wrapped around the bottom. I looped a piece of old olive ribbon through the top and popped it up with a dimensional.
Still wasn't finished fussing, (say that fast three times!) so I added an antique button tied with some twine. A peek at the inside with touches of the front.
Well there you have it.
My take on the PPA "Vintage - Those Were the Days" challenge.
I hope you enjoyed your stop today.
